CATEGORY 1:
Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations and Diagnoses for K-College Accommodations
1. Cognitive Testing: A measure of cognitive functioning utilizing the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS-IV - ages 16 - 90) or the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-V - for ages 6 - 16) to assess verbal comprehension, visual-spatial skills, working memory, and processing speed.
2. Achievement Testing: A measure of academic achievement utilizing the Wechsler Individual Achievement Test, Fourth Edition (WIAT-4 - ages 4 -50) to assess comprehensive listening, speaking, reading, writing, and math skills.
3. Supplementary Testing: Additional tests such as the Comprehensive Test of Phonological Processing (CTOPP), the Brown Executive Function/Attention Scales (Brown EF/A Scales) or The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2), for example, if conditions such as dyslexia, ADHD, or autism are indicated by results from the cognitive/achievement assessments.
4. Psychoeducational Diagnostic Report: Provision of a final report that includes the client's history, presenting concerns, testing procedures and results, interpretation, alignment with the DSM-V, diagnosis/es, description of functional limitations, and recommendations for support.
CATEGORY 2:
Updated Evaluations for K-College Accommodations
1. Review of Original Neuropsychological Report: Comprehensive review and analysis of original report used for prior diagnosis of ADHD, a specific learning disability, or mental health condition.
2. Confirmational Testing: Tailored supplementary testing to confirm the original diagnosis. Testing is selected according to prior diagnoses (e.g. ADHD, specific learning disability, autism, anxiety, etc.)
3. Psychoeducational Diagnostic Report: Provision of a final report that includes the client's history, presenting concerns, testing procedures and results, interpretation, alignment with the DSM-V, confirmation of diagnosis/es, description of functional limitations, and recommendations for support.
CATEGORY 3:
Evaluations for Schedule A Letters for Workplace Accommodations
1. Tailored Evaluation: Tailored supplementary testing to confirm the original diagnosis or provide new diagnosis. Testing is selected according to prior diagnoses (e.g. ADHD, specific learning disability, autism, anxiety, etc.).
